All information given in an Employment Application is kept for two years. After 2 years all information is destroyed, and new applications need to be re-submitted. Because Employment Applications are processed on an E-Mail Basis, Social Security Numbers are not required and not expected.

Any information supplied for a finance application is kept until the financing is complete or for 6 months after information is submitted, whichever comes first. All personal information is kept in a restricted access area and is only viewed by your financial consultant.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All items purchased online carry a 14 day money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the undefective item, you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost). If you return merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that were incurred on the original shipment. Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special order items including SunSetter Retractable Awnings and Installation services are subject to a three day recission period after order date. After that date has passed custom items can not be cancelled or returned.
If an item arrives broken, we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Please let us know immediately when an item has arrived broken. We need this information to properly make a claim with UPS. All packaging must be saved and photographed. If too much time has allotted and the breakage has not been reported, we will not be able to make a claim, making it hard for us to provide you with a replacement. We cannot accept in any way claims for breakage or shortage more than 3 days after the date of delivery.

Basic service calls not covered by warranty will be a $150 minimum charge which includes the first 1/2 hour of work. Additional Time and materials may incur additional charges. Please contact the office to determine if your service is covered under warranty.
